West River Radio Club 2024 ARES Net Control Schedule Weekly HF Net As of 1-APR-2012, the HF net has been suspended. We are evaluating the options of finding an 80 meter spot to operate upon. Once we find a frequency which we can to conduct the net, we will advise one and all about the resumption of the WRRC Weekly HF Net. Weekly 2 Meter Net Every Monday at 1930 hours (L), the West River Radio Club holds a 2 Meter Net on WR1VT 146.865 - (PL 100.0) located in Brattleboro, VT. All licensed amateurs are welcome to check-in. Latest club information and news will be relayed at this time. Please check-in and say hello and share your thoughts and interest! Note that some nets are training nets, where local and visiting amateurs can learn the latest emergency handling techniques, as well as helpful operating tips for their home and mobile station. Other nets are "rag chew," and topics can cover the broad range of interest from those who participate. If you
cannot fulfill your scheduled night as Net Control, please contact Tim,
KA1ZQX (ka1zqx@svcable.net)
and John, N1TOX (n1tox.vt@gmail.com)
so we can fill in.
